How does the free trial work?
For 14 days, ReceptionAI answers your customers for free, up to 50 call minutes and 20 WhatsApp conversations. When a quota is reached, the AI stops answering on that channel; after 14 days, it stops on both. No credit card is required and nothing is charged automatically: you choose your plan, or you simply stop.
How are minutes counted?
Only the length of calls answered by ReceptionAI counts. WhatsApp conversations don't use any minutes.
What if I go over my plan?
Beyond your plan: $0.17 excl. VAT per call minute and $0.30 excl. VAT per WhatsApp conversation. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement. You can see your usage in your dashboard at any time.
What counts as a WhatsApp conversation?
A customer who writes to you and gets an answer from ReceptionAI, counted once per 24-hour period, however many messages are exchanged. Automatic confirmations and reminders do not count as conversations.
Is there a commitment?
On a monthly plan, none: stop whenever you like. On an annual plan, you commit for twelve months and pay the equivalent of ten. Either way, the first 14 days are free.
Is a phone number included?
Yes: a dedicated line is included, and you forward your calls to it. Your customers keep calling your usual number.
